Little League Baseball® truly turned their World Series "Live" event into a "Life" event using Thuzi's Event PassTM Platform. Both adults and kids had access to all of the fun activities in the Family Fun Zone at the Little League Baseball¬†World Series. Once again this year, The Little League brand and all of the sponsors leveraged Thuzi's technology to engage the attendees with a frictionless registration process and exclusive brand experiences which enabled attendees to experience the excitement of Little League Baseball like never before.

Attendees used the Thuzi Event Pass Platform to register once and only once using their social credentials or email. This information was then transferred to a branded RFID Little League Baseball keepsake wristband. Registration was frictionless, simple, powerful and leveraged the ease and power of social media authorization. Thuzi's Family Registration allowed parents to register multiple children and link all the RFID bands back to the parent. Sponsor waivers, consents, opt-ins and social permissions were quick, painless and best of all; paperless. Attendees had a variety of options for registration including using their own device. Parents appreciated the speed and convenience of Pre-Registration giving them the ability to skip the line and get to the fun.

Attendees ventured throughout the event and interacted with 10 baseball-themed sponsor footprints via check-in stations, photo & video booths, social sharing experiences and exclusive scan to win opportunities. Since Thuzi's has been involved attendance at the Family Fun Zone has doubled in attendees. This year, Sponsors had a 72% adult opt-in rate for future communications proving attendees are happy to support sponsors that help make their experience better. Overall, the lasting impression the event had with attendees was unprecedented in Little League Baseball®.

Brands were granted access to their specific real-time dashboard to track their activations and had the ability to pivot and make changes on-the-fly. The detailed analytics, easily accessible on mobile devices or laptops, provided data on each activation: who registered, checked in, posted a photo/ video to social, took a survey, etc.  All activation actions were tracked including which attendees opted in for further communication with each sponsor. The data was administrated and accessed on a brand level yet the Little League World Series team was granted super-admin control to view brand totals as well as global event analytics.
